Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or looking to improve your overall well-being, I'm here to assist you on your path to a healthier life.I specialize in osteoporosis and bone health, running gait analysis, fall prevention, and strength and conditioning for older adults. With 28 years of experience, I am dedicated to helping individuals enhance their mobility and overall well-being. "Tracy completed a Running Gait Analysis with my son and also walked through pre-workout routines regarding stretching and training exercises. She was “hands on” in diagnosing, providing recommendations and treating the injury. She identified the issue and made recommendations on how to alleviate the pain.
